ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 21st November 2020 & 28th November 2020
 
The Pundit Sammelan and Annual General Meeting of HDSB will be held on 21st November 2020 and 28th November 2020 respectively whereby the new Board of Directors will be elected. Nomination and voting for pundits/priest would have to be made by registered religious personnel whereas the vote for civilians would be casted by other registered members of HDSB. Those with valid membership (not older than 1 year) can issue their money receipt of membership and proceed to vote.

For those who aren’t registered member, the HDSB officials will issue the money receipt and complete the registration process during the meeting or you can visit the office before the date of Election during office hours. You can download the Nomination form from this link NOMINATION FORM .All the aspiring candidates (Both religious and civilians) are requested to submit the nominations along with required documents within 5th November.
