Any person irrespective of caste, colour, religious pursuits who is interested in furthering his/her knowledge and understanding of Sanatan Hindu Dharma can become a member. Application for membership should be made in a prescribed Form.

A membership fee of Nu. 500.00 per year has to be paid for obtaining the membership. Each member has to accept and conform to the principles and objectives of the Articles of Association (AOA 2018). A person would be disqualified from membership if he/she violates the principles of HDSB and relevant provisions of Religious Organizations Act of Bhutan, 2007.
